Custom printed items (Magnetic Car Signs, Business Cards, Envelopes, Pens, Labels, etc.) CAN NOT be exchanged or returned for credit under no circumstances. Once your order is placed it is sent directly to the printer and can not be canceled, returned or changed.
We gladly accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express Credit Cards. If you choose to pay with a Master Card or Visa Bank Debit Card, Water Marque Inc. dba NSA Promo Plus+ cannot be held responsible for any over draft or bank financial problems that a customer could incure when an invoice is processed as sometimes duplicate invoices, etc. could take place (ie. human error). As these errors are immediately caught within a few business days and immediately credited back to your form of payment (voids are caught within the same business days)- when paying with a debit card, Water Marque Inc., NSA Promo Plus+ cannot be responsible for any fees that could be incurred by using the debit card. On ALL Sale ITEMS are Considered Final Sale and 24 Hour Sale Items and Special Holiday 3-4 day 20% off Sales (Are items where a discount is only applied for a day to 5 day time period)
On ALL SALE items, for the special 24 Hour Sale, etc. Discounts are adjusted ONLY from the sale price. (Discounts percents cannot be combined). Freight is calculated on the original price of the merchandise. Items that are on Sale are considered FINAL Sale and are NOT returnable, Not exchangable, and we cannot accept back for any reason and some items may have minor defects. (Special Holiday Sales (these items are items that the price was adjusted for a 1 day to 5 day time frame only) may have notes listed where an item may be exchanged for another size or for store credit if returned within 10 days after received.) Please allow extra time for processing your order during a sale.
Discount Policy
Large volume orders may qualify for Discounts. Some items do not count toward the discount total including custom printing (i.e. business cards, ALL sale items, banner, bike jerserys, banners, etc.), shipping, & any item that is already on Sale or Special. Effective Jan 1, 2006 to present- the Promo PLUS+ Discount Policy is as follows
Product Total: $500.00 - $999.99: 10% OFF
Product Total: $1000.00 - $2499.99: 15% OFF
Product Total: $2500.00 and up: 20% OFF
**NOTE - The following items ARE NOT DISCOUNTED AND DO NOT COUNT TOWARD YOUR DISCOUNT TOTAL: All printed business cards (including pro-pak), stationery & letterhead, personalized pens, the banner, any SALE/SPECIALS, Bike Jerseys, and Gift Certificates.

Returns & Exchanges
Within 15 days of original purchase: Water Marque Inc., dba NSA Promo Plus+ gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, or unopened merchandise for full credit toward your NSA Promo+ account, for Store Credit ONLY. We'll make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit based upon the purchase price you paid on your invoice. Unfortunately we cannot issue a credit to your Credit card for any reason. Any items received after the 15 days will have a 20% restocking fee applied to the return. If you have received an item that was sent to you that was: the incorrect size, the incorrect color, a defective item, etc., please do not wash, wear, etc the item and contact our office immediately (within 3 business days of receipt of the order) by calling 1-888-552-8200 or support@nsapromoplus.com.
Returned Merchandise & Exchages must be:
(1) please send back the item, via a tracable service (USPS signatured required), UPS, Federal Express - Customers will be responsible for shipping charges inbound and outbound**.
(2) new, unused, unopened
(3) include a copy of the invoice
(4) be requested within 15 days from the date of purchase, and, is subject to a 20% restocking fee. S&H for authorized returns is paid for by the buyer. Return Credit is only applied to subsequent purchases from Promo Plus+ (store credit). Store Credit is issued only.
Any items purchased on sale are considered Final Sale, these items are not able to be returned for store credit and are not returnable.
**Freight - If you would like to exchange an item NSA Promo Plus+ will charge you the special exchange freight charges, they are as follows:
1 item exchanged to be shipped back out: $4.00
2 -4 items exchanged to be shipped back out: $5.00
5 items exchanged to be shipped back out: $6.95
6 items exchanged to be shipped back out: regular shipping rates will apply.
